InstaTool provides AI-powered social media automation services including:

• Google Business Review management and auto-reply
• Instagram automation tools
• YouTube channel management tools

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

• Setup fee: ₹99 (one-time, non-refundable)
• Monthly subscription: ₹299/month
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automation in ways that violate platform policies

6. Limitation of Liability

InstaTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (Google, Instagram, YouTube) regarding your accounts.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.
