Refund Policy

1. Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee of ₹99 is non-refundable. This fee covers account setup, configuration, and initial support.

2. Monthly Subscription

We offer refunds for monthly subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the service
  • After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period
  • Technical issues: Pro-rata refund if service is unavailable for extended periods due to our fault

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@itzadarsh.co.in
  • Include your registered email and reason for refund
  • We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings in the app
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No charges after cancellation
